About Wholly Integrated Therapy

Jenna Crawford | LMFT

Jenna provides a client-centered approach to adult individuals & couples as a family systems trained therapist. She views therapy as an opportunity to collaboratively explore fundamental aspects of a person’s life & seeks to support clients in discovering their inner resources. Jenna honors clients as the expert in their experience & prioritizes connection and safety within the therapeutic relationship. In sessions, she operates from a trauma-informed lens & utilizes a non-pathologizing integrated model that draws from theories of narrative therapy, internal family systems (IFS), emotion focused therapy (EFT) & attachment theory.

Additionally, she incorporates body-based approaches rooted in somatic experiencing, mindfulness & grounding. She is also trained in the S.A.F.E. EMDR model for integrating traumatic experiences & addressing long-term symptoms of anxiety & depression. Jenna believes that addressing the body can be helpful when words do not express the full experience.

Using a systemic lens, Jenna acknowledges how one’s history, identity, relationships, etc. impact mental health & the whole person. She is experienced in navigating the range of experiences & emotions brought to therapy, & holds an appreciation for exploring curiosities & celebrating triumphs along side clients.

Lastly, Jenna plans to expand her areas of focus to serve clients who experience perinatal & postpartum mood disorders (depression, anxiety, OCD, etc.) & adults who have been recently diagnosed with, or who have suspected they may have ADHD & want more information about assessment.
